In September 2021, 343 Industries launched the official Halo Waypoint app for iOS and Android platforms as a native mobile companion offering the same functionality and content as the Halo Waypoint website. Over time, we’ve seen usage patterns shift away from apps, while the mobile version of continues to account for the vast majority of site engagement.

Going forward, our focus is on the products and experiences that are most impactful and beneficial to our players and communities.As a result, we have decided to discontinue support for the Halo Waypoint iOS and Android apps and will release them at approximately June 7, 2023.

Going forward, all of the same content and functionality will continue to exist and grow on Halo Waypoint website for mobile and desktop will remain halo Game Services Records, File Sharing, Leaderboards, Franchise News, HCS, Code Redemption, and more.
